Sandy BC: For me, teaching was and is a calling. I left corporate America to teach....27 years later, I am "teaching" teachers. That was totally Divine intervention. I'm Sandy; MTSS Coach supporting schools_ admin teams, leadership, classroom teachers, support staff, collaborating across District teams. I am a Christian, and that dictates how I see_ and get along in_ the world. I'm the youngest girl with 3 older sisters, one younger brother, and an amazing Mother. I'm mom to one adopted son, and auntie to one niece and one nephew. I try to be well-rounded, have balance and flexibility. Right now, I'm considering grad school again...doctoral work, maybe. Over the years, several administrators and colleagues have asked if I'd considered administration, many telling me that I should: "You'd be so good at it..", "If you ever get your own school, I'm coming to work for you!" I now have my school admin license (4yrs), but my passion is supporting educators, as they support students. If I can encourage, help, or empower an educator to reach higher and strive for peak performance_ mission accomplished! Could I do more in an admin role? ��Hmmm...?
